Airfixr works

Airfixr can disinfect and filter the air in rooms up to 150 m & sup3. Placing multiple devices in a room can also filter a larger amount of air.
The air is drawn in by a powerful but silent fan and enters the Airfixr through an F7 filter that filters dust and pollen from the air.
Then, the air enters a chamber treated with titanium dioxide (photocatalysis) and is sterilized by two ultraviolet UV-C tubes of 40W each (80W in total). In this way, viruses, molds and bacteria become harmless. The combination of titanium dioxide and UV UV-C lamp enhances the effect of the UV UV-C lamp.
Subsequently, the sterilized air is passed through an ion generator, causing negatively charged ions to be blown into the chamber. The air out of the Airfixr is healthier for everyone present.

How the Airfixr works

The Airfixr disinfects and filters the air in rooms of up to 150 m3. By placing several devices in one room, larger volumes of air can also be filtered.

The air is sucked in by a powerful but silent fan and enters the Airfixr through an F7 filter, which filters dust and pollen from the air.

The air then enters a chamber treated with titanium dioxide (photocatalysis) and disinfected by two UV-C lamps of 40 Watts each (together 80 Watts). This renders viruses, mould and bacteria harmless. The effect of the UV-C light is enhanced by the combination of the titanium dioxide and UV-C light.

Afterwards, the disinfected air passes through the ioniser, which causes negatively charged ions to be blown into the room. The air leaving the Airfixr is healthier for everyone present.
